Food on the Move: America's Traveling Tastes is a collaboration between students in Brown University's Public Humanities Program and the Johnson & Wales Culinary Arts Museum. The exhibit examines changes in travel food from the late 1800s to the present, and explores how Americans have dealt with mealtimes on the go, how transportation has changed American cuisine, and what food on the move tells us about being American. The exhibit will be open to the public on April 16!
